Must be willing to work in any weather, be comfortable on slopes and heights, and carefully follow safety guidelines. Starting wage is $16-20/hour, DOE--more for experienced roofers. A good driving record and valid drivers license so you can drive our trucks is a definite plus and will pay more. Great opportunity for advancement, company trucks, year-end bonuses, dental insurance, and a 401k plan are offered. We also offer trips to the Caribbean yearly for our top bonus award winners! We work year-round--10 straight years without a single winter layoff.
