Need help with a legal eviction of my about to be ex boyfriend. He has officially worn out his welcome; to death! I’ve told him a few times that I want him to move out, and he will not go willingly. After much research I know that the law is still confusing to me to the point of an anxiety attack. I’ve reached out to Colorado Legal Services for help, but am unsure if the help will come fast enough, or if they are even willing to help. I’ve tried a personal protection order and have been denied-I simply don’t have the time or energy to try that again and risk him becoming angry and taking it out on me in some way. If anyone could outline the steps I need to take with the courts for a proper eviction so I know how much time I need to take off from work and relieve much of the stress from this it would be much appreciated. Any and all positive advice is welcome. Although if you’re here to make fun of me or call me names-I already have someone living with me who does that. Also if you’re going to chastise me for letting him move in-please refrain and understand that each time I banish this person from my life-he never stops coming back-he comes to my house, incessant calls and texts, as well as making me fear for my safety; and my PPO was denied so what is a girl to do to protect herself?
