Looking for a construction superintendent to oversee the operations of a construction site. The duties will consist of being responsible for supervising all activities and tasks, and ensuring the safety and compliance of the site. You should be able to set priorities and use time effectively, especially when challenges arise. You must be professional and communicate effectively with subcontractors. You should be familiar with the operation of construction tools. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel are preferred. Construction License not required. Must be motivated, energetic and willing to learn.
