Oversight of sales & installation for energy efficiency improvements through air sealing & building diagnostics in Southern New England.
Description:
1. Manage and develop key sales accounts to grow products and services.
2. Manage and/or Facilitate fieldwork associated with air sealing, insulating, diagnosing & correcting building science failures.
3. Provide solutions to customer energy efficiency deficiencies.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic sales planning
2. Growth & development of sales relationships
3. Sales reporting
4. Construction environment fieldwork
5. Manage fieldwork laborers
6. Energy efficiency analysis
- Blower door testing
- Infrared scanning
- Air leakage assessment
Pre-Requisites (recommended but not required):
1. Technical sales experience
2. High mechanical aptitude
3. Computer, Internet & word processing competency
4. Knowledge of residential & light commercial construction practices
5. Experience working weatherization, air sealing, efficiency, or HVAC industries
6. BPI, Energy Star, HERS, or other energy efficiency certifications
*Base salary + commission, commensurate with experience. *
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
