Care Giver/Nurses Aide/No Experience Necessary

No experience is required but nursing home experience is a big plus. I am looking for a nursing assistant but really a person that can provide basic care that is described below. For the right person, this would include room & board, (food and a private room). However, it is not required that you live at the residence but is an option. My Mom is 87 years old and we are looking to hire someone that will spend about 40 hours per week at the house. My Mom is completely self sufficient. She is beginning to be unsteady on her feet but at this point she is completely ambulatory (she can walk on her own). She is very social and fun to be around. The biggest part of this job is simply providing companionship for part of the day. The right person may or may not live in the residence depending on your circumstances. We prefer live-in but that is not required. The hired person would provide basic living assistance. That means cooking meals, going to the grocery store, cleaning the house, doing laundry, dishes and most importantly providing company.
