Carson City construction company looking to hire immediate applicants our team! Candidates will have well rounded experience in construction field work common to remodels/renovations and other custom home and business improvements (light plumbing, electric, installation and detail work etc.). Ideal candidates will be flexible in tasks, reliable, and able to work as a team or independently. Excellent communications skills a must! General Responsibilities: Installs trim packages –interior and exterior e.g. baseboards, casing, window & door trim, etc. Performs demolitions tasks related to remodel projects Installs miscellaneous cabinets, fixtures, finish items, etc. Installs door hardware i.e.door handles, lock sets, hinges, door stops and other hardware Minimum Qualifications: Experience with most typical residential construction duties. Active Driver's License Reliable personal transportation (we do not mean Uber) Must have own standard tools and bags OSHA 10 safety card preferred Physically able to lift, and perform the required duties tasks associated with construction tasks
