Looking for preferably a couple to work p/t on fixing up one of my properties that has been vandalized by squatters. you can come by after you finish your normal job and work till whenever. The outside, and the Inside need lots of extensive work done in order to prepare the house to be put on the market. Window install and flooring install is a must know how for this job, lots of drywall repair needs to be fixed also general know how of electricity and plumbing is key to finish this job. also lots of trash needs to be removed from the property. if the right candidate has a truck then i would prefer to do dump loads then ordering a dumpster. and i may need you to purchase some of the materials your self then be reimbursed at the end of the week. Thew right canidadte needs to have own transportation. and be a self motivated worker. i am out of town a lot for work but will expect to see weekly photos of continuing progress on the property. if the right people fit the script then they can live at the property while the work is being completed. at this time there is no running water or working electricty. but it wont take long to have those up snd running and looking good. thids project needs to be compkleted by the beggining of 2022 no later please email with your refrences and qualifications and know that canidates wanting to move in must have no pets and be friendly with the neigh if i hear about you from them then you hear from me and then you got to go this needs to be a no non-sense project 100% professionalism. at all times.
