I am installing a new water heater this w/end as an upgrade to the house. The existing water heater works perfectly well but it is 20 years old and the new one will be a good selling point. If you can use the old one I can let you check it out prior to removal to verify its working correctly and not leaking. Free is a pretty good price. Contact me to schedule things.
