Osmose Utilities Services is seeking Crew Members to dig, inspect, and treat utility poles. No experience needed. The position requires weekly travel, the ability to work outdoors in a fast paced physically demanding position, being dependable, and performing quality work. Job requirements include digging 18 inches down around pole, bending, lifting, and walking/hiking. Crew Members typically meet up with their Foreman/Crew and ride in company vehicles to work sites. Lodging is provided.
Full-time position with steady income. Starting wage is $15/hr plus an extra $1.75/hr summer incentive pay thru August, and weekly production bonus, health and dental insurance available, company matched 401K, paid holidays and vacation, lodging provided. Must be able to work full weeks. Osmose is a career oriented company with advancement opportunities. Crews travels during the week and home for the weekend.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate in a safe and efficient manner utilizing all required safety equipment (hard hat, safety vest, work boots, etc.) Utilize equipment to excavate ground material around utility poles. Apply wood preservatives to the groundline area of a pole. Must achieve and maintain acceptable levels of productivity and quality of work based on job norm and in comparison to fellow employees. Operate company vehicle (if applicable and qualified). Perform all other reasonable duties as assigned by the Foreman.
