Fix Squeaking Brand New Treadmill

I have a brand new Serene Life Treadmill which has a squeaking noise coming from the front handlebar housing when I run on it. I have tightened the bolts holding the handlebars to the treadmill and also adjusted the running belt which I believe is correctly adjusted. However, I still hear this noise when I run on it. I need someone who has experience in working on treadmills to get rid of this noise. Because the treadmill is brand new, I assume this will be a quick fix for anyone with experience with working on treadmills. I will pay $75.00 for a job that may take minutes to fix.
