LattCo Services WAREHOUSE LEAD MONDAY-FRIDAY 7:00AM-3:30PM PAY RATE: $18.00 Candidates must have the following qualifications: One to Two years Commercial Janitorial LEAD Experience Warehouse Lead A Warehouse Janitorial Lead supports management with the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. A Janitorial Lead assists to ensure efficiency in all areas of the warehouse, helps coordinate the workflow within a warehouse and provides support to the team up to and including working along side with team members in various areas as needed. A successful Janitorial Lead assists in developing an efficient team by focusing on individual performance to achieve high standards meeting Customer and Company expectations. Responsibilities · Assist Site Supervisor in efficient warehouse janitorial operations to fulfil customer needs · Assist in the training of new hires, as needed. · When possible, assist in de-escalating incidents within the warehouse. · Multi-tasking to complete an assigned area in the warehouse while monitoring activities of employees. · Ensure uninterrupted production flow in assigned work areas · Consult with management to clarify department priorities, identify issues, and suggest changes as needed · Inspects and evaluates areas within the cooler, freezer, dry and exterior area of the warehouse · Ensures the proper use of authorized chemicals for sanitizing specific areas · Ensure daily/weekly/monthly sanitation documentation is completed for the shift(s) in which Warehouse Lead is responsible. · Participate in routine janitorial/sanitation and workplace safety up to and including ensuring proper use of all authorized warehouse equipment Requirements · Proven work experience as a Warehouse Janitorial Lead · Highly effective lead skills and techniques · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations · Strong organizational and time management skills · Knowledge of warehouse operations · Must have ability to work in all environments (Freezer, Cooler, Dry, Exterior) · Hands-on commitment to getting the job done · Must have ability to Lift/Push/Pull up to 50 lbs, Bend, Stoop, Kneel, Reach · Must wear Safety Shoes (Steel Toe or Composite) · Must have flexible hours · Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish) PLEASE EMAIL RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED.
