Van Compass LLC is located in Post Falls. We manufacture products for Mercedes Sprinter, Ford Transit and Ram Promaster vans. We are a small, growing shop that needs help manufacturing, packaging and shipping our product line to fulfill orders on time. Our desired candidate must have the following skills: • Extremely detail oriented. • Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and standing for an 8 hour shift. • Follow direction, stay on task, work well with others and show up to work. • The majority of work will be shipping, receiving and warehousing production runs of parts. • Keeping track of quantities, staying on task and ensuring order fulfillment is done accurately and in a timely manner is critical. • Previous experience with Shipping / Receiving is preferred.
