This Mobile Experience is for one of the world's leading streaming entertainment services. It is inspired by and in promotion of a new horror trilogy being released in July, a fun opportunity for cult and new fans alike. The 20x30 footprint will include a 16 ft glass truck that is a giant photo booth. There will be some floor standing signage and the asset with have a full graphic wrap. Set-up will be at events and malls, High Traffic Location to engage Mall goers and fans STAFFING CRITERIA per Event All staff must be able to create a paramount experience for fans Reliable and responsible – committed to working all days/events booked and arriving on time -1 Event Manager/Lead - must be the “best of the best” -1-2 BAs -depending on Date/location STAFF RESPONSIBILITIES: Staff training – phone/video training On-site activation responsibilities o Event Manager/Lead – Responsible for activation experience; oversee BAs, implement health screenings and facilitate breaks; guide guests through experience, including managing line, props and encouraging participation; includes allocation for staff comms, timecards and recap o Brand Ambassador - Line management, cue set-up, prop management Post-event recap needs o Event Manager/Lead – recap and timecards DATES/TIMES/LOCATIONS: -7/8- Austin pride (Austin, TX) - Times TBD approx 8 hrs -7/14- Mall Activation (Ocean City, MD) 1PM-7PM or 2PM-8PM -7/15- Mall Activation (Philadelphia, PA) 1PM-7PM or 2PM-8PM -7/16- Mall Activation (Ashbury Park, NJ) 1PM-7PM or 2PM-8PM -7/17- Mall Activation (Brooklyn, NY) 1PM-7PM or 2PM-8PM -7/18- Mall Activation (New York, NY) 1PM-7PM or 2PM-8PM ATTIRE: Please wear Black shorts or pants, Black T-shirt (subject to change) PAY RATES: Paid W2 via DD Event Managers/Leads – $32/HR BAs - $25/HR Email: getstaff @ encorenationwide.com Subject: Mall Experience Please reply with ALL of the following: -First And Last Name: -Current Cell#: -CURRENT Photo(s), including one full length and clear headshot. -Current Resume AND list of exp/events – MGR must have previous exp. -Current Mailing address? -Which position(s) are you interested?
