Sweet kitten needs a better home

This darling kitten is living outside and is too sweet not to be enjoyed by someone as an indoor kitty. She is litter box trained (she uses a box in a storage building). She meows and leaves her perch in the trees whenever someone goes outside. She is very affectionate and purrs and makes biscuits. If you can give her a better home, please contact us and tell us about the home she’d have with you. She is welcome to stay here, but we have no more space for indoor cats, and she deserves better. She is going to the vet this week for FIV/leuk testing and vaccines. She is already on flea preventive. And she’ll be spayed before she goes to a new home. Adoption fee is $75 to cover some of the vet care.
