Mission: To provide janitorial support with expert level detailed cleaning during housing occupancy changes. Job Responsibilities: Ensure all work performed with a safety-first mentality. Ensure properties are properly dusted, floors waxed/polished, entire home cleaned of grime. Windows washed and streak free inside and out. Kitchen surfaces, pantry units, fittings and appliances sanitized. Bathrooms and fittings sanitized and spotless. All light fixtures taken down and cleaned. Exterior areas (garage, porches, decks, etc) free of bugs, debris, and plant matter. Perform work on schedules and on time. Adherence to company standards, knowledge and use of cleaning systems. Accurately submit completion checklist report information on work outcome and materials used, along with follow-up maintenance areas/issues found. Other Key Factors Efficient, very organized and able to juggle well. We have a lot of moving parts and the ideal candidate needs to have experience in working with/have streamlined complex systems. Good follow through, take charge, good work ethic, and ability to work independently on their own with no supervision. Flexible, adaptable, responsible with good coordinating skills. Strategic thinker, solutions finder, proactive; with fresh ideas and will work tenaciously until they find a solution to tackle and resolve issues. Team player. Able to pass an extensive background check.
