We are a growing 10 year local Company providing Restroom Cleaning and Paper Stocking Services for our customers with public use restrooms. We have a full time opening for a Dependable and Responsible individual. We are looking for a long term fit with a person that can work by themselves, is friendly, outgoing and communicates well with Customers. You will be managing a weekly route customer base and running the route in your own vehicle (mileage is covered) so you must have a reliable and well maintained vehicle; Large vehicle, small suv/pick up truck or minivan preferred. Job duties include hands on cleaning of restroom toilets, sinks and urinals, stocking paper supplies, greeting and building relationships with the customers. Hours are M-F between 5:00 a.m. to 2 pm. Primary responsibilities: (1) Use Company's techniques for servicing and cleaning/sanitizing restrooms. (2) Proper application of Company's services and sale of its products. (3) Interacting with customers, developing long-term client relationships with customers. (4) Operation and use of the handheld device. Qualifications: (1) Good work history. (2) Properly inspected and reliable transportation- vans/trucks preferred. (3) Cell phone. (4) Energetic, upbeat personality. (5) Janitorial experience helpful. (6) Able to learn basic technology. (7) Professional appearance.
