Hello, We are currently looking for an experienced sub contracting crew for interior and exterior house painting. We prefer a crew that has a lead and 1 to 2 additional painters. This is full-time work starting immediately. There are opportunities for year round work if we find the right fit, as we are a small company and growing quickly. MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE OREGON CCB LICENSE WITH LEAD CERTIFICATION You will also need to have all working equipment necessary to produce an interior or exterior paint job. This includes, working vehicles, ladders, paint sprayers, and soft supplies. (caulk guns, maskers, paint brushes etc...) You will need to know how to--- * prep thoroughly * caulk and glaze * mask and tape * operate and clean an airless sprayer * brush and roll (some houses we completely B&R) * work on ladders up to 32ft. * attention to detail * work unsupervised * good attitude * strong productivity and work ethic Pay is based on a percentage of the gross revenue for each job.
