Full-time Trimmer at Organic Rec Farm. We are currently looking for motivated trimmers who can adapt to our trim quality and procedures. Ideal candidate will be capable of trimming a variety of strains while maintaining our high quality and consistent quantity standards. Trim experience required. We're looking for an employee who is comfortable receiving constructive criticism from the trim manager and who will not have difficulty adjusting their trimming to align with our standards. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm schedule. We are not looking to hire an employee who is consistently absent from work, and we take attendance and punctuality seriously. Our farm is looking for a candidate who is taking the virus seriously both inside and outside of work. You MUST have your OLCC Marijuana’s worker permit and reliable transportation. We are looking for a permanent employee, as this is not a seasonal position. Expectations: • Enjoy working in a quiet environment, and understand that this is not a heavily talkative environment. • Must be able to meet our quantity goals while exceeding our quality goals. • Must be able to work Monday-Friday from 8:30-5. We are not able to accommodate part-time employees. Requirements: • Must be 21 or older. • Must have reliable transportation. • Must have an active OLCC Marijuana’s worker permit. • Experience as a cannabis trimmer. • Eager and willing to learn new techniques. • Ability to take criticism and learn from feedback. • Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: Masks are required as well as social distancing. Phone interviews will be conducted opposed to in person interviews.
