Maintenance Technician position available for property management company Duties/Responsibilities for this position include: • Maintenance and repairs in occupied apartment • Turnovers • Painting • Maintain building’s exterior by performing minor and routine maintenance • Landscaping • Minor construction which includes minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have good organizational skills. Must have own vehicle, current drivers license, registration, and proof of insurance. Compensation $16 to $20 Hourly Employment Type: Full-Time Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm Please email resume for interview
