• Position Purpose: Responsible for overall site appearance of Neighborhoods and Individual Homes Summary of Detailed Responsibilities: • Will need your own, reliable vehicle to travel from site to site daily. • Responsible for overall site appearance of Neighborhoods and Individual Homes • Pick up debris • Sweep Houses, Clean out Tubs of Homes under construction • Complete Quality Control Check list for each home, Crawl House, Inspect Attic • Pressure Wash Garages, Driveway’s, Siding, Garage Doors. • Responsible for maintaining material return piles • Inspect site appearance of every house • Confirm every house is secure, locked up • Sweep / Blow off Streets and Curbs • Walk Houses daily, Run Water, Check Thermostats, Heat, Air Filters, Tubs, irrigation timers. • Remove snow when needed. • Pre inspect crawls/under floors before covering. • Install Kitchen Ranges • Blow off patio’s, entry, driveways. • Weed Eat Property / Pull Weeds as needed/ Mow Lawns. • Install Address Number • Be a self-starter, Maintain High Level of Common Sense • Communicate any questions, concerns, Job Site Violations, Trade Damage to Superintendent • Represent Woodhill Homes in a positive professional manor around Woodhill Homes Trade partners, Sales Agents, Homeowners, General Public. • Perform General Misc. Onsite duties directed by Superintendent.
