Enclave at Westport Apartments is now hiring for a full-time porter. The individual must be reliable, efficient, hard-working, and a team player. Duties include the upkeep of community grounds, pool maintenance, make-readies, and assisting maintenance with service requests. Essential Job Functions: •Represents the company in a professional and courteous manner. •Is fast paced, energetic and enthusiastic. •Performs routine cleaning and daily upkeep tasks of all common areas, vacant units, office, clubhouse, fitness areas. •Inspects the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings and ensure all common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter at all times. •Removes trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to starting the make-ready process, transfers trash to dumpster or storage area as applicable, and cleans and maintains storage areas. •Monitors the physical conditions of the community and report maintenance issues. •Other duties assigned. Job Qualifications: •Previous cleaning/housekeeping/janitorial experience a plus •A valid driver's license may be required •Ability to work independently with minimal supervision •Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize work functions •Strong communication and interpersonal skills Hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
