Company Bio and Job Description We are small company located in Arlington serving the Metroplex area. We focus on customer service and look forward to building long term business relationships through superior service and professional communication. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate with chances of commission, base payment, production pay, promotions and/or raises based on performance. Ideal candidate preferably has 1 year of pest control experience, be someone self-motivated and capable of working with little supervision. Additionally, candidate should have a clean driving and criminal background, as well, as strong work ethics and desire to grow with the company. Work hours are flexible and you can choose working 10 hrs Monday to Thursday, 8hrs Monday to Friday, or 6-7hrs Monday to Saturday. Schedule can also change accordingly as long as you give 2 weeks advanced notice of your preferred hours. Additionally you may choose late/early start and late/early end of the route. Basic Job Requirements: Driver’s license with a least 5 years of driving experience Ability to pass a criminal background and drug test. Ability to speak, write, and fluently communicate in English. Satisfy all legal requirements to work in the state of Texas. Ability to lift up to 40lbs, climb ladders, and carry a backpack sprayer (4 gallons) Job Responsibilities: Ability to effectively communicate with customers and office. Call customer with ETA (Using company provided phone and vehicle) Greet and communicate your job description upon site arrival. Provide description of work performed before taking payment. Collect payment and email receipt as well as pesticide information. Answer any questions from customers. Call office or certified applicator promptly if any issues or questions arise. Perform inspections and pesticide applications. Inspect and provide quotes based on findings and work to be performed. Apply pesticides according to training and in consistency with the label. Identify pest sources and provide recommendations beyond pesticide applications. Professionally manage time per appointment and follow route timely. Drive Responsibly Drive following state law including speed limits. Drive following defensive driving standards and avoid texting while driving. Completely avoid any mind-altering substances or situations that may alter your ability to drive before work (alcohol, medication, narcotics, sleep deprivation being sick, etc) Report any issues with vehicle and or maintenance to be scheduled. Drive vehicle to work and home only. Compensation: $14-16 an hour base pay plus 10 percent commission on sales and 10 percent production on exclusions, termites, and qualifying projects A week paid vacation after a year. Bonuses on quarterly basis based on performance and customer feedback. Leads and first-time customers to increase commission based on sales.
