Hiring Experienced Property Preservation Contractors (Corpus Christi and Surrounding areas) compensation: Percentage Based employment type: contract Hiring Experienced Property Preservation and REO Contractors and Lawn Care Servicers in the Corpus Christi, Victoria and surrounding areas. We are a Regional Property Preservation company looking for experienced reliable Preservation Contractors. Serious and Experienced Applicants must understand the requirement of completing work according to the HUD guidelines as well as the individual client's requirements, and also completing all work by the due date. We pay every two weeks after the 1st 30 days. Duties include printing out your work orders completing the requested items on a work order and documenting all work performed all ICC with Clear and detailed photos and detailed bids / damages. Photos are one of the biggest issues we have with contractors not understanding the severity of having GREAT CLEAR CLIENT REQUIRED AND BID PHOTOS IN SEQUENCE., This is how we are paid, so if can not work a camera / camera phone, or your phone does not have wifi or bad service, If you do not get out of bed till noon, if you can not have on time work orders, follow direction, never answer your phone, and you just do not want work hard to make money this is not the job for you. Experienced crews preferred, Husband and wife teams are welcome. If you are a Hard worker, Flexible, can Follow all work orders as they read and are experienced in this industry. Work includes, but not limited to: - Recurring Grass Cuts/Snow Removal - Initial Securing - Boarding - Winterization - Minor Property Repairs - Janitorial - Debris Removal -Storing Personals -Tree Trim/ Removals - Also seeking licensed specialty contractors (Roofing, Electric, Plumbing, Mold Remediation, etc.) All potential independent contractors must have the following basic requirements to receive work order from us: * Truck and Trailer to haul away debris from properties * Lawn equipment: i.e., mower, weed eater, blower, etc * Generator, air compressor and winterization equipment * Smartphone/ Tablet or device that can access websites and mobile apps while on site * Digital camera and an average degree of computer literacy * Helper/Partner if needed * Basic hand tools * Basic cleaning tools and supplies * Supplies purchased by the contractor include knob locks, deadbolts, padlocks, hasps, lock boxes, lumber, building supplies, tarps, antifreeze, etc. We pay every Two weeks The Serious inquiries only please
