Job Description Premier Oaks Landscape Management, LLC. is preparing to hire an Irrigation Technician Are you an Irrigation Professional and love working out in the field? System-based, process-oriented and detail oriented thinking is a key to success. You must be able to: Repair, Install, and Maintain residential and commercial Irrigation Systems according to company procedures Inspect an irrigation system accurately and write a report of needed repairs Communicate Findings of Inspection to the Office and Customers Work closely with Landscape Crew and Management team to maintain the schedule and ensure that all landscape projects will have adequate and proper irrigation system designed and implemented Create invoices for work performed for Customers in an accurate and timely manner Assist in resolving Customer concerns regarding work performed Ensure that all irrigation inventory is available and accounted for use and make sure all job site areas are clean and organized Assist other staff with loading and unloading of trucks and other projects In Winter, help install Christmas Lights and Christmas Décor Comply with all Company policies, procedures, and safety protocols at all times Exhibit excellent time management and multi-tasking skills Represent the company in a courteous and professional manner Understand that, while process and rigor are important, a human approach, common sense, trust, and follow though are at the core of Premier Oaks Landscape Management’s values. Salary: Pay is based on experience; $19 - $26 an hour is the range Please note: Final applicants will have to pass a background check in accordance with all local and federal laws Required Education and Licenses: High School Diploma Valid Driver’s License and Insurable on Company Policy Licensed Irrigator or Licensed Irrigation Technician Credentials preferred but not required as the Company will help to obtain Required Experience: 5 Years of Experience in repairing residential or commercial irrigation systems Proficient in technology, verbal, and written communication Collaboration experience but comfortable working alone or without supervision Quality control and inventory control Problem Solving/Analysis Excellent Customer Service and Client Focus Ability to maintain composure and keep a positive attitude Knowledge in 2 Wire Irrigation Systems would be helpful Required Language: English--fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Bilingual- English/Spanish is preferred!
