Will use estimating experience to estimate necessary expenditures and devise a budget. Essential Job Functions: 1. Simultaneously manage multiple projects and sub-contractors from conception to completion. 2. Schedule daily events for projects on outlook. 3. Communicate with Production Coordinator to assist with calendar events or issues as needed. 4. Communicate with Supervisor Daily on projects, expectations and issues. 5. Communicate with Subcontractors/Account Managers/Estimators about projects and expectations. 6. Complete Onsite evaluation of projects and submit Project Report daily for each inspected project. 7. Submit Project Reports with detailed information including photos. 8. Punch/List and Warranties are noted in Job Reports with detailed information with photos and verbiage for each item. 9. Conduct Leak Investigations as needed with crew worker, documenting all communication, action taken and detailed scope of work in Job Report per leak investigation done. 10. Will research and provide solutions to problems that arise on projects. 11. Daily presence on project sites with expectation of physical labor required. 12. Communicate project issues directly with sub-contractors—Documenting communication and actions taken to resolve the problem. 13. Formulate, document, and maintain quality control standards and on-going quality control objectives. 14. Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems. 15. Attend project meetings as required on and off site. 16. Plan, organize and execute multiple projects using applicable software—Documenting timeline, sub-contractor and status of project. 17. Take action and find solutions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction sites. 18. Communicate with supervisory personnel, owners, sub-contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems. 19. Investigate damage, accidents, and/or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out. 20. Provide written feedback related to the inspection findings and / or anything related to the status of the project. 21. Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations. 22. Interpret and explain printouts / plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the owner or developer. 23. Available to handle emergencies and when scheduled to be On-Call—Job Report must be submitted for each handled occurrence / emergency. 24. Negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and sub-contractors. 25. Goal at the end of each project is to be 100 % quality completed. 26. Project scheduling in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines. 27. Make sure that all cost estimates submitted by a contractor are as accurate as possible. 28. Work with Account Managers / Estimators to estimate the types and amounts of materials needed to complete the construction Project. 29. Will perform other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements Percentage of Work Time Spent on Activity: Seeing: Must be able to see well enough to read reports x Hearing: Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with customers, vendors and employees 75-100% Standing/Walking: Must be able to move about department 75-100% Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling: Must be able to stoop or kneel to pick up reports, papers. 75-100% Lifting/Pulling/Pushing 75-100% x Fingering/Grasping/Feeling: Must be able to type and use technical sources 75-100%
