Looking for guitar tech for gigs

Working musician needs guitar tech for gigs - mostly Austin and surrounding area. Mostly need someone to keep my guitars in tune - especially for outdoor shows. Typical scenario: My guitar goes out of tune I hand it to you while you hand me another guitar that's in tune, then likely switch again after one or two songs... Maybe help a little with gig set up: helping unload equipment from cars, set up mic stands, etc... We typically do gigs that provide a pa so no pa set up required. Pretty light and easy stuff. I've never hired anyone for this, so I don't even know what's reasonable to pay, fee is negotiable. If this sounds like something you're interested in or if you know someone please contact me.
