Repair Counter Associate

Description

The counter position is the first point of contact for customers that walk in for service on their work trucks or hydraulic components. This team member will get a description from the customer what the issues are, write up the work order and enter into computer system. As repairs progress, the Repair Counter keeps customers informed on status. Once repairs are completed, Repair Counter collects payment and helps customer get loaded up. Repair counter is also responsible for sourcing and ordering seal kits and other repair parts. Part numbers are provided by repair technicians but some cross referencing of parts will need to be done depending on availability. Candidates must be comfortable working safely around commercial trucks and large, heavy hydraulic components. Additional Details: - First Shift, 7:30 to 4:00 Monday - Friday (some flexibility in hours) - Full time, Permanent Position - Health Insurance is $5 / week - Dental, Eye, Disability Insurance - Paid Vacation - 401k - Uniforms Provided Requirements: - Load / unload safely with overhead cranes. (Training provided if needed) - Safely operate tow motors (Training provided if needed) - Create accurate PO’s, receive inventory. (Training provided) - Good communication skills are a must. - Pass drug test & background check. - High School Diploma or GED.
