Painting/scraping 2nd floor exterior from ladder jacks/scaffold ??

Are you good with heights? No problem going up a 20+ foot ladder to a 14" platform across ladder jacks? Can you scrape and paint exterior woodwork and windows without making a mess and getting on walls? MUST have no problem on ladder jack platform! We have several days work, mostly second floor exterior window painting. Need an extra guy to help, but must be able to do second floor work. Do NOT respond to this is you can not handle climbing a ladder to ladder jack platform. Come show me what you can do. First day at $15 an hour, and if all good, day two and so on is $20 an hour. We typically work an 8 hour day depending on weather. Need to be able to start Wednesday morning. We are just off City Avenue and Merion Road, near Merion Train Station.
