Roofing company is seeking highly motivated individuals for roofing, siding, gutters, and windows A qualified applicant will have the following: -A valid Driver's License -Able to pass a background check/ drug screening -Experience in installing asphalt shingles and rubber bitumen roof -Experience in installing gutters, siding, and windows -Able to treat our customers with respect and care in any situation -Able to lift 75lbs -Transportation to and from work -Comfortable with heights/common sense safety If you meet or exceed these, we want you! Seeking a skilled craftsman with exterior experience. Basic knowledge of roofing, gutters, etc. required. Willing to train people with the right attitude. Our customers are our most important asset and will be treated as such. Every interaction with them must be handled with respect, care, and overall kindness. If you are reliable, coachable, and have a positive attitude we can certainly find a spot for you. Second to our customers, is how much we value our employees. All safety precautions must be taken when it comes to our work. We will provide harnesses, tethers, ladders/racks, etc. to make sure at the end of the day everyone goes home safe. None of this is worth risking serious injury. Drinking or drug consumption will not be tolerated on work sites. Compensation is $20/hr with the expectation of an 8hr work day or 9hrs with a lunch break. There will be opportunities for bonus. These bonuses are related to customer satisfaction. At the end of the job the customer will answer several questions to judge their happiness with our work as well as our interactions with them. If we perform above the benchmark bonuses will be awarded. These bonuses are designed to be won, if you are not getting these bonuses you will not be working here long.
