Dirt Heavy Equipment Operator We are looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. Candidates must have own transportation and be highly motivated. Drug screen, physical and criminal background check is required of successful candidates. Job Qualifications: • Ability to read plans and grades • Set and keep grade while installing structural fill, bedding rock, backfill, and final grade Experience: • Must be able to run a blade as well as other various pieces of equipment – dozer, scraper, track hoe, mixer, ect; • Must be able to read plans and understand grades; • Must have good driving record. In this role the operator will be clearing, grading, blue-topping of dirt, roadways and site preparation including stabilization of soils, base, as well as possibly finishing out/dressing up job sites.
