Hello and thank you for taking the time to read this! My name is Chad Andrew Harris. I have been pursuing a career as a musician full-time for over 10 years; teaching, as well as gigging in many bands. I teach beginner concepts as well as advanced theory, high-level jazz and classical repertoire. I also teach from the perspective of an actively performing musician, which I believe gives my students a unique advantage in their approach to learning their instrument. I won the 2019 Charlotte Blues Competition and completed internationally after that. I have built relationships with hundreds of students, many that I’ve maintained since I started teaching! I recently was out of the country for a considerable amount of time. Now that I am back, I have a lot more availability, and I am beginning to open up more slots for new students again. I have a lot of experience with children who have learning disabilities, as well as advanced adult students, and most importantly I absolutely love sharing my gift with others. There are many music studios out there, but not every teacher is alike. I offer a real relationship/friendship with my students and their families, and I offer the option to drive to you and teach in the comfort of your own home.
