Northwest Exterminating is the largest pest control company in Southern Arizona. We provide pest control services to Tucson and Southern Arizona. We specialize in controlling the pests that are found in Arizona’s unique desert environment. JOB SUMMARY: As a member of our awesome customer experience team, you will be responsible for responding to and managing customer inquiries. Our Customer Service Representatives work to assist our sales team and field technicians so that they can deliver excellent customer care. HOURS: Shifts range between 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, and 9:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M. on select Saturdays. PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS: Handle inbound and outbound calls from new and existing customers Interpersonal and active-listening skills Assist customers with their pest-control related concerns Schedule service appointments Accurately enter data IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS: Exceptional verbal and written communication The ability to prioritize issues and respond accordingly A positive attitude Excellent customer service skills Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $15.00 per Hour
