Need tech support assistance!! **

Hello! So over the past 2years my place has been broken into repeatedly. All of my phones and computers were stolen and accounts hacked into. The majority of my photos, files, and emails have been deleted. My IRS info has been hacked into and changed, all of my school information prior to this year has been removed from their system, my iCloud accounts were deleted entirely. I'm looking to find someone in tech that can help me with a way to restore at least my Google account maybe? Hundreds of photos and screenshots have been erased, their was soooo much information and intention saved on my accounts and it'd be sooo helpful to have them back. Google support has been "limited due to covid" and not able to assist. I appreciate anyone with knowledgeable advice on the topic!
