College Main is looking to a Full Time Assistant Maintenance Tech. Must know how to work on HVAC, EPA Certified. Job Responsibilities: Preferred candidate will have experience of turnkey in the apartment industry. Qualified Maintenance Technicians will have working knowledge of appliance repair/replacement, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, paint and drywall repair, trouble shooting, pool maintenance, shampoo machines. Must be organized and have good communication skills. Preferred candidate will have experience in property maintenance. Please mention any certificates that you may have such as HVAC Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready. Assist in the troubleshooting/repair of mechanical, carpentry and electrical problems. We offer competitive pay, benefits and 401K. *Must have Valid Driver’s License and pass a background check*
