German Shepherd Girl Needs a Home

Piper is my sweet German shepherd who needs a new home due to an upcoming change in living situation. She’s a sweet 3 year old whose up to date on all her shots. Pipers crate trained and potty trained. She has basic commands down and a couple “tricks”. She’s energetic and needs a lot of exercise like most dogs. She can be protective like most shepherds too, but with proper training and introductions to others she’s a good girl. The next home she goes to will need to have a yard and someone willing to exercise her and continue her training. Shepherds are a lot of effort, so consistent discipline is a must. Piper did have one nipping incident with a new guest who came into our house without being introduced at the door. In my mind that makes her a great guard dog, but might mean she wouldn’t be the best for a busy house. She’s a great dog who I hate to part with. She’ll come with her crate, food, medical records, and some toys. A small rehoming fee will be needed to ensure a good home.
