Description
ISO, maintenance technician that is SKILLED, has their own tools and vehicle. MUST have no less than 1 year maintenance experience in mobile homes, apartments or hotels. Preferably mobile homes, but not required.
Must be dependable and reliable. Hours are M-F, with the occasional Saturday if needed.
