We are looking for someone to manage our work from home telemarketing sales force. Your job is to organize them onboard them help manage sales and a little bit of inspiring them. You are not required to sell. Pay can be very good. You must have sales knowledge and the ability to pass that on to new salespeople. You also must be able to manage and organize salespeople. We do the hiring and place new salespeople on your team for you. You will get a 10% override on each one of your team's sales. And some of the products are residual.
