Description: NEEDED Looking for Roofing Repair Technicians experienced or helper. Those experienced can work into a Forman position quikly. You will be assisting in diagnosing and repairing residential and commercial structures. Our ideal candidate will have roof repair experience with TPO, BUR, Modified, Shingle and membrane roof systems and have a great attitude with a strong desire to satisfy the customer. Helper some experience would be helpful but someone wanting to work, show up daily and learn is what we want!! Responsibilities: • The experienced repairman for this job needs to be able to diagnose and evaluate the leak issues and what it would take to repair the leak area. Need’s to have a complete working knowledge of shingle, TPO, Modified and built up roofs. Tile is a bonus. Then be able to complete the repairs once approved. • Communicate with the homeowner and the service manager about the progress and status of the repairs being done or the evaluation of repairs needed. • Follow company safety guidelines. • Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record and be able to drive a company vehicle. • Must be able to use all hand tools associated with roofing installation including specific roofing related tools. • Must have physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials and equipment. • Basic smart phone skills (emails, texting, using apps and taking photos) • Ability to transport materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks (up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds with assistance) • Repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling. • Bilingual is a plus.
