Small 25 room motel on the beach is hiring a part-time maintenance person to work 25 hours a week. The schedule is flexible with the working days Thursday through Monday. You will be off Tuesday & Wednesday most weeks. Must have good transportation and have very good knowledge of all types of maintenance, especially plumbing.
