We are seeking reliable part time workers to help us with some summer projects, like power washing buildings, driveways, painting......, for our apartment complexes in Tigard and Beaverton areas.
Responsibilities
• upkeeping of landscape and general exterior image of the property
• Turn over units as they vacate
• Painting
• Basic plumbing
• Basic electric
• Monitor and maintain building
This position requires:
• Has own basic power hand tools
• Has own vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds variable distances.
• Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations.
• Punctual, good work attitude
• Fair verbal communication in English.
• Positive attitude to learn new repair knowledge
• Working hours: Tuesday - Saturday
Office Hours: Tuesday - Saturday 9 AM - 5 PM
Close: Sunday & Monday
