A company in the pool industry is seeking a helper to assist owner with tasks on job sites. This person should be comfortable working around pools. Experience in the pool industry is helpful, but not required. All training will be provided on the job. Work will be part-time to start and hopefully grow into long-term, full-time position with growth of company. Must live in San Gabriel Valley, as that is where the work day will begin before traveling to specific job sites that could be located anywhere within LA County. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is willing to learn and who is interested in growing with the company. HOURS/SCHEDULE: Work hours typically begin at 7am. Jobs are often completed within 6 hours. Schedule could range from 3-6 days per week depending on the season. You will always know the schedule at least a week in advance. PAY: Starting pay will range from $17-$20/hour during training. If things work out, there will be opportunity for more responsibility and set weekly pay at a higher rate. Must be capable of the following: Heavy lifting Standing for long periods of time Pulling and moving equipment Attention to detail is a must for safety purposes Ability to work outdoors in hot weather Experience with tile work is as plus Being vaccinated is much preferred Please respond with email with a little about yourself and we will be in touch.
