Position: Rehab Maintenance Technician Community: Lakeridge East Job Requisition: 21-02095 FPI Management is currently looking for a Rehab Maintenance Technician to join our team! POSITION SUMMARY The Rehab Maintenance Technician’s primary responsibility is to perform maintenance tasks for a rehab project, to include but not limited to: repairing/replacing flooring, drywall, cabinetry, countertops, safety and security systems (window coverings, lighting, locks, CO2/smoke alarms, etc.), appliances, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems; painting (interior and exterior); grounds/landscaping maintenance; and cleaning (sweeping, mopping, etc.). MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS for consideration: Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within Residential Property Management. Experience in hotel maintenance, facilities maintenance, or construction will also be considered. High School Diploma or equivalency certificate required; technical school and/or CAMT certification, preferred. Valid Driver's License, a good driving record, current motor vehicle insurance, and an operable vehicle (NOTICE: If driving is required for the position, a status check and driving record search will be conducted, post-offer). Must be able to wear a respirator, and have the ability to be medically fit for duty and cleared to wear a respirator and comply with FPI's facial hair policy. Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English. Basic computer skills (email, internet, etc.). May be required to provide and maintain own tools.
