FOUND: black cat at corner of Hermès / Leucadia

I found a black cat at the corner of Hermès & Leucadia in Encinitas. There was already a lady with the cat. She told me the cat was in the middle of the street and she almost hit him/her with her car. The cat is very friendly and was following us. He/she seemed to be lost however. The lady told me she could not bring the kitty with her, so I took the kitty home myself. I gave the kitty a bath and food. He/she seems taken care of & I’m sure the kitty misses it’s home. Does anyone know who the kitty belongs to?
