We are expending the family!! Real Estate Investment Company is looking for Property Evaluators (No Experience needed) for the Birmingham metro area. Must have reliable transportation and access to Smartphone/camera and computer with a high-speed Internet connection. Job duties include but are not limited to: • Coordinating appointment to meet with owners/property managers. • Visually inspecting interior and exterior of properties. • Evaluating property for condition including landscaping, exterior paint, roof, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and HVAC. • Taking pictures of property and uploading to google drive or sending pictures via email. • Putting lock boxes at properties. Job hours are flexible and vary daily based upon the number of homes inspected. Typical number of homes inspected weekly range from 2-8. Payment is $50 per property.
