This job is ideal for someone: Dependable/Reliable--shows up and get the job done while continuing the learn the craft of Cannabis Cultivation People Oriented--working side by side (socially distanced) with multiple employees daily completing a wide variety of cultivation tasks Adaptable/Quick Learner--since work sites will vary, each farm will have their own way of doing things, so being adaptable to different procedures is a must Job Duties will vary each day/week: Cloning Soil Work Transplanting Planting Leafing Watering METRC Tagging Trellising Pulling Tarps Building Green Houses Working with irrigation systems General Farm Labor Harvesting Weighing Hanging/Drying Curing Bucking Trimming Pre-Rolling Packaging Labeling and many other odd tasks.... All temp job placements have the opportunity to translate into full time work at that location, so we ask our employees to put their best foot forward, work hard, and show them what you're made of!
