In search of an individual with well rounded handyman skills to be a working team leader. We are growing, and need someone to coordinate daily tasks among others on the crew. Crew size varies, depending on the project. We do interior renovations, producing high-quality work. Attention to detail is a basis for our success, and need someone to lead others in achieving that goal. Looking for someone willing and able to tackle most tasks. Repair trim, install faucet, change a light switch or fixture, repair drywall, paint touchup, help with demo, etc. We do clean-up, fix-up type of work. Work available on an almost continuous basis, year round. We need a team player who is ready to step in immediately. Work locations are mainly North Metro to Downtown Atlanta, with occasional out-of-town projects. Again, only looking for an experienced person who knows what they are doing and can complete jobs in reasonable time with good results. Please be specific about how you charge for your work, or pay expectations. Requirements: Be presentable at all times. Be ready to work. Bring your tools! Must be able to be at work as promised, and on time. Have reliable transportation, Must speak and understand English. Must be able to provide information for W-9 tax form.
