National Solar Service is currently looking to hire on a highly motivated Solar Roof Crew Lead for our installation crew. As our business has continued to grow, we have now moved into the Michigan market and are expanding. You will be responsible to lead, organize and motivate the installers on the crew with the proper installation and efficient installation processes. This is a field working leadership position. You will be installing along with the installers. Having Solar experience is a huge plus, but is not necessary, we will train you. We also offer Medical Benefits and 401k plan after 30 days.
