Looking for an experienced person that can grill on a Blackstone for several hours on Sunday, July 4th, most likely 1-4 pm. The rate is $20 per hour plus tip and plate of food at end of shift. *MUST be extremely clean while cooking, no mixing raw food utensils, and cooked food utensils. *Must Use a provided food thermometer to check meats (our preference is well done). Hamburgers, hotdogs, thin steak, and kebobs will already be seasoned. *MUST wash hands thoroughly before grilling and after any bathroom use. Refrain from touching your face, clothing, phone, or any unclean surfaces while cooking. Will be required to wear a pair of heat-resistant grilling gloves. You must arrive with a face mask on over nose and mouth but can remove it during grilling only. Social distance whenever possible. No tank top but otherwise casual attire is fine. Clothing and physical appearance should be clean. *Your behavior is expected to be professional and polite with all guests as they may approach you to ask or request a food choice. Profanity will NOT be tolerated. This will be a safe, good-natured, fun family environment of about 20-30 people. Alcohol and smoking/vaping are strictly off-limits anywhere on premises. **We will not permit anyone under the influence of any substance to cook or remain at our location. This job offer is for one adult person, 21 years of age and over preferred. Must come unaccompanied as to avoid distractions and/or any issues. If interested please respond ASAP. Thank you!
