Want to learn more about fungi? Here is your chance to join Jill and Aaron Grenchik on July 11, 2021 from 2pm until approximately 6pm for an informative overview of the twenty species of mushrooms you can often find us slinging at the Sara Hardy Farmers' Market. Jill will also share some useful tips on preparation and preservation along with some sampling. Following the class, there will be an optional hunt in the woods nearby so please dress accordingly.
