Job Description: Position consists of traveling throughout Florida to install playgrounds and other recreational items with a lead in their vehicle. Duties would include working with a lead and using power tools, measuring, reading directions, and standing on ladders. Our company goes around the state to install playgrounds. We pay a per diem when you spend the night and we pay for hotel/airbnb stays. Hourly pay TBD on the experience. Duties and Responsibilities: - Prepare and clean work areas and equipment - Maintain tools and equipment - Set up and prepare playground equipment and materials, as instructed per directions - Unload materials and tools from work trucks - Provide assistance to lead installers on site in a variety of ways - Lift heavy objects and work at various heights on a routine basis(be able to lift around 50lbs and also standing on ladders or scaffolding without issues) - Perform related work as required - Ability to work both regionally and out of state, primarily throughout tri-state area - Attend and participate in all designated company meetings and trainings Minimum Qualifications: - Possession of valid driver’s license and/or demonstrate a viable form of transportation to and from work site or company office - General power and hand tool knowledge preferred but not mandatory - Must be able to get thru a background check to be able to get on school properties. (no felonies or misdemeanors) Job Type: Full-time Benefits given after a 60 day probationary period(health, dental, vision, long term and other benefits). We also offer paid holiday and sick time when you start. Vacation time is also given once you are employed over a year. After 1 year of service we also offer 401K and right now we match up to 4%.
